2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors

  • Mzansi Weight Loss shall not be held liable for courier-related delays


3. Risk, Ownership & Transfer

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Risk passes to the client upon delivery to the provided address

  • Ownership of goods transfers once delivery has been completed

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided at checkout.


4. Temperature-Sensitive & Injectable Products

Certain products, including injectables, peptides, insulin pens, and reconstitutable products, are temperature-sensitive.

  • Proper storage upon delivery is the sole responsibility of the client

  • We cannot verify storage conditions once products have been delivered

  • For this reason, such products are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched, unless defective upon delivery


5. Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

Clients are required to:

  • Report any visible damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photographic or video evidence where requested

Failure to report issues within this period may result in the claim being declined.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional delivery fees

  • Mzansi Weight Loss is not liable for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect address details


7. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where delivery errors are directly attributable to Mzansi Weight Loss
